Customers are responsible for returning products to us in the original packaging, new and unused, free of damage, and any return costs are incurred by the customer. There may also be a restocking charge of 10% (of the item value) dependent on the circumstance. Please be advised we do not operate a try before you buy service, so if the package has been opened, or the machine has been used, this invalidates any return of the product. This does not apply if goods are faulty.
For faulty and/or damaged goods, Sprayman UK must be notified as soon as possible. This is to ensure we can take immediate action to correct the problem. Order numbers will be needed to process any claims, and any photographic evidence which can be provided to us will assist us greatly.
